We are pleased to have WebNIC handing our DNS domains. Especially with Susan Lien’s proactiveness and her expertise, helped us in many areas. For example, having her interpreting with the counterparts to resolve a few DNS migration issues. She also managed to handle our enquiries after office hours. We thank her very much for all these efforts.
